NEWS!!

We have switched our registration over to a continuous enrolment program. This means that you can sign up any time you like through the season if there is class availability. Please join our waitlists if there is not and we will try to find space for your athlete as soon as possible. To withdraw we require 30 days written notice via email.

In other news, Momentum is taking on a new adventure and hosting the first ever gymnastics competition here is Salmon Arm! The event will be held up at Salmon Arm Secondary on the weekend of March 19th-21st 2027. We look forward to sharing this event with the community and surrounding zones.

Our mission is to provide a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where athletes of all ages can develop confidence, strength, and a lifelong love of movement through quality gymnastics instruction.
