CCP
Canadian Competitive Program
Levels 1–9
Also known as the Junior Olympic (JO) program, CCP is our competitive gymnastics program designed for athletes with a strong commitment to training and skill development. Our program focuses on building advanced gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, and precision, while fostering discipline, focus, and confidence.
Our facility currently coaches Levels 1 through 9, providing a clear progression pathway for athletes as they develop from foundational competitive skills to elite-level routines. Each level is carefully structured to challenge gymnasts appropriately, with individualized coaching and focused skill development on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline.
Athletes in CCP participate in a supportive, goal-oriented environment where they can push their limits, compete at local and regional competitions, and grow both as gymnasts and individuals.
Xcel Program
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond
The Xcel program is a performance-based gymnastics class designed for athletes who want to learn and perfect routines on all apparatuses. Participants will focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and technical skills while preparing routines to perform at recreational fun meets throughout the year.
Xcel offers a supportive and motivating environment where athletes can challenge themselves, gain confidence, and enjoy the excitement of performing in a team-oriented setting. Coaches provide individualized guidance to ensure athletes progress at their own pace while mastering skills and routines.

High School Gymnastics
This performance-based class is designed for athletes who want to learn and practice routines on all apparatuses in a competitive, school-based environment. Participants will perform at meets throughout the year representing their high school, with the opportunity to qualify for provincial competitions.
Coaches provide individualized guidance to help athletes develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and technical skills while mastering routines. This program fosters team spirit, confidence, and a strong sense of accomplishment as athletes compete under their school’s banner.

Trampoline & Tumbling
The Trampoline & Tumbling program focuses exclusively on three exciting events: the tumble track, double mini trampoline, and trampoline. Athletes develop strength, coordination, and body control while learning and perfecting routines, known as “passes,” for each event.
This program provides a fun, challenging, and supportive environment where gymnasts can progress at their own pace while mastering technical skills. Coaches emphasize safety, proper technique, and performance quality, preparing athletes for both recreational showcases and competitive T&T events.
