We are currently offering a Parkour and Trampoline COMBO class due to gym and coach availability.

 

Homeschool Parkour 

Ages 5+

Same parkour program during day time hours. Larger age category, however we try to have multiple coached if possible.

 

Junior Parkour

Ages 4-6

A beginner class that focusses on movement, rolls, climbing and jumping.


Youth Parkour

Ages 7-10

Each athletes will be taught at his or her own level.

Athletes aim to get from one point to another, conquering obstacles without a lot of equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, freerunning, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, plyometrics, rolling, and flipping.

 

Teen Parkour

Ages 11+

Each athletes will be taught at his or her own level.
